VeChain price chart with signals
Today's VeChain signal explained
VeChain is currently on a daily BUY signal: the Supertrend (10, 3) indicator flipped bullish 24 days ago and the price ($0.007869) is trading above its 200-day simple moving average ($0.00611254). Both the short-term trend and the long-term regime filter agree, which is the only condition under which this system issues a daily buy.
The weekly swing signal is BUY. VeChain broke above its 20-day closing high 31 days ago and has not yet closed below its 10-day low (currently $0.00707). A close under that level would end the swing position.
The monthly position signal is BUY. VeChain cleared its 55-day closing high 30 days ago. The exit for this slower rule is a close below the 20-day low, now at $0.006518.
The yearly regime is CASH: either the price is below its 200-day moving average or that average is still falling. Long-term accumulation rules stay defensive until both conditions turn positive.
Momentum check: the 14-day RSI is at 64.6. MACD is below its signal line. ADX at 57.7 indicates a strong trend. Volume is 0.94× its 20-day average. Over the last 7, 30 and 90 days VeChain has moved +7.8%, +62.6% and +55.2% respectively; it trades -68.4% from its 52-week high and +79.8% above its 52-week low.

About VeChain
Founded in 2015 by Sunny Lu, a former Louis Vuitton China executive, VeChain positioned itself around supply-chain provenance and enterprise data, launching its own VeChainThor mainnet in 2018 after starting as an Ethereum token. It uses a proof-of-authority consensus run by a limited set of authority masternodes approved by the VeChain Foundation, a deliberately centralised design chosen for throughput and predictable fees. The network uses two tokens: VET is the value-transfer and stake asset, while VTHO, generated continuously by held VET, is what actually pays for transactions, insulating enterprise users from token price swings.
That dual-token structure means holding VET produces a small continuous yield in VTHO without locking or delegation, which supports a persistent base of long-term holders. VET's supply is capped and was largely distributed at launch, so there is no meaningful ongoing emissions overhang from block rewards. Trading behaviour is high-beta to Bitcoin with amplified drawdowns, and the asset has historically spiked on corporate partnership announcements, whose commercial substance is often hard to verify from public disclosures. The 2024 Renaissance upgrade programme, which introduced staking changes and a governance overhaul, is the main recent structural change to how supply and rewards behave.
